For the initial 12/pro launch - did anyone order 2 phones both on the finance? and if so how did it work when it came to pre-ordering? Did both pre approvals show as separate links and did you need to do 2 separate orders?
I just had mine approved, but my wife's application has been rejected (I suspect because she already has 2 other devices on Apple/Barclays finance).

Correct. I pre-approved for the 12 Pro (6.1) but didn’t end up ordering. The only downside is, I believe, it’s a hard credit check each time.
When you open the app on pre-order day it will automatically take you to your chosen iPhone

Can I ask how long the application process took? Don't have an iPhone so I'll have to go through the process before checking out.
Update: I went back to Apple store and they told me, that they can replace the phone, but it will be the same batch and it will probably have the same thing. Also they said, that it is not an issue, it is just the way it is. They showed me, that all the iPhones 12 (on the stand) having the same marks, but in different places. So I just kept the phone in the end, because it does not bother me that much, but come on, Apple, wtf, right?
Just spoke to Barclays even thou if you sign into your Barclays account the Customer signature is blank on the PDF it’s been digitally signed
I’d never purchase launch devices from Very. The dates are never correct. They also state available then on last page delivery from x date. This is so they get the order. Charge you. Then they have to wait for Apple to give them devices.
No retailer except probably Amazon ( which is Apple really) and I think John Lewis ever get launch day stock. Excluding carriers of course.
I am not very sure for Friday as there will be browser loading issue.
From today’s pre-approval, I just came out of the app and checked the mail box.
Received total 4 mails.
2 mail is for contract pdf link and password. Another mail is from Apple instruction to wait for Barclay’s decision.
And the last mail is from Barclays as approved result. All of 4 mails coming in at same time as time stamp. May be only differed by seconds.
