That means UK Mail (DHL). There is a way to track also via DHL....... but I can never remember what you put in as tracking number! Anyone??

When you click track shipments on Apple, it takes you to Syncreon, but then click "To manage your delivery, click here" and it will take you to DHL website. This normally would give you the up to date shipping info, but their system hasn't updated which is why it asks for a reference. The reference is the order number on Syncreons website.

Finally got my DPD tracking from Vodafone. But in classic fashion Vodafone have got the delivery address wrong despite repeated confirmations it had been changed.

Yay! My iphone 12 pro max has shipped. Getting delivered tomorrow by DPD as well. Usually get DPD deliveries quite early. 🙂
