How do you view the tracking like that?

On the syncreon tracking site should have "manage my delivery" in the top right corner. Click there and it takes you to the dhl site.

I really played myself getting my 12 Pro Max from Apple as it’s being delivered by Wednesday when John Lewis has it available for collection tomorrow.

I do that. Put in the info but it only says out for delivery. No options to rearrange, or to live track

Yeah I don't know what's up, mine showed earlier that the driver was on his way to delivery 19 and I was number 122, but now it doesn't show that anymore.

Fingers crossed for you, but I've yet to ever see those work reliably. In fact I have yet to ever actually receive a next stop alert from DHL.

FINALLY DHL have given me a delivery window, 11:50-12:50, so not too bad.
Unbelievable it takes them 50 mins from the van leaving the depot to getting this estimate.

FINALLY DHL have given me a delivery window, 11:50-12:50, so not too bad.
Unbelievable it takes them 50 mins from the van leaving the depot to getting this estimate.

I've now got a 'drive acceptance scan' using the detailed tracking, but the main site still just shows 'at the delivery depot'.

Its 10.45am already - what on earth are these clowns doing...Half the day will have gone before they're even on the road!

EDIT: Now an "onto delivery van scan" 🙄
