I think the reason it appeared cheaper previously is because it was actually being added to the Barclays loan at full price and then divided over 24 payments (£8.29 a month). The main difference I assume is that you would not have been able to just stop paying - would effectively need to pay off the loan and then get a refund. However with monthly plan at £9.99 I think this is effectively a rolling monthly subscription??

Just realised I never used the free Apple TV 12 month sub on any of my devices so seams a good time to use it, just played a bit of the greyhound over the air-pod pros wow and even on the 12 pro max the speakers solid good but it’s even better on the tv in atmos and DV I’m glad I waited
New 12 Pro Max all set up, love how seamless it is these days.
Everything backup up to iCloud and PC.
Apple watch unpaired from old phone.
New phone restored from backup.
Apple watch paired up again, and restored from backup.
Pretty much job done.
Just going to take a wee while to get used to the bigger size now.

I dunno how people can complain about the max screen size. I could never go back to a small screen phone personally

I still do lol ( maybe a habit or OCD lol) .. Port hardly gets used as all charging is done wirelesslyPre ip68 maybe. But not needed in this day and age
So this evening I have been testing our Pro Max camera on my favourite model. Does feel so far an improvement on the 11 Pro camera.
I did the quick transfer thing in the end where you scan the animation and it moves everything across including the watch. Somehow though all my Apple watch awards are not showing up. Any ideas?

I’m getting a bit annoyed with Three. I have been trying to order an eSIM to use alongside my current network provider and was told that they were out of stock at the beginning of the week. I left it a few days and rang up again today to be told that they don’t do eSIMs just yet.. even though it says they do on their website. Eventually got told to go to a store to get one yet I was made aware previously that only a few stores are able to supply them. Absolute joke.
They should come back eventually. May take a couple of days.
Mine arrived at 10:30 but work got crazy (partly because I was playing with the phone... shhh!)
I'm impressed with how easy transferring across is now. Just moving your old phone near the new one triggers the prompts, then it's a few taps and it will even handle a software update. Watch transferred across too without needing to unpair and restore from a backup.
Only issue was the usual banking app re-registrations and putting CVN numbers in for all the apple pay cards again and dealing with the text spam that generates.
Also the max is huge and the mini is small. It feels less big in a case, weirdly, almost as if the flat sides fool your handing into thinking it's larger than it is.

Right, I have the 12 Pro in PB, was meant to have Max arrive today in same colour but got delayed to Monday (may be a blessing in disguise).
After seeing the gold one on YouTube, I think I’m gonna bin the PB and go for the gold. Anyone who has it, how does it look? I know the sides shine brightly and the back is like an off white colour. Has anyone else here decided to switch to gold colour from a different one?
