Yeah keeping up with this thread today has been a full time job!
My card has just been charged for my iPhone 13 Pro.
13 Pro ordered at 13:02 - “Processing Items” nothing showing in bank
13 ordered at 13:04 - “Preparing for Dispatch” and £779 Pending in bank account
Both due 24th, both paid using ApplePay with same details
Apple and Bank both say don’t worry all good
Can‘t understand why?

Since I ordered for in store pickup I don’t get to join in the tracking fun but in other news… my iPad mini is preparing for dispatch

iOS 14.5? Dino, there was a very important security update to 14.8 a few days ago. You should update your software otherwise you’re at risk of being hacked.

I think when I left for work this morning we were on around page 109, when I next checked and ordered at 1pm around 137 and now 146
Im going to take a guess and say everyone got a delivery day release or pick up?
checking the store now and I can still get pretty much all models on the 24th at least by pick up in store, some delivery dates are now back slightly but can still choose local store for pick up on the 24th
Well, time to get the 7+ charged up and ready to set up on Monday!
think ill keep it on iOS 14 so iOS 15 is another new thing for the 13 (...so many numbers)

I had to struggle with this order. I managed to order a Pro Blue but I couldn't order at first because my Apple ID since yesterday thinks I'm in Glasgow (I'm in London) when I came home last nite and turned on my laptop it said a new device was being used in Glasgow or something like that. I changed my password , when I logged in again same thing.. Glasgow .. this morning I had a pre-order but the website was pointing to deliver to Glasgow either pick up store or delivery.. I had to come out and lose the pre-order.. I just couldn't change it to my home address.. I changed password again , still signing in from Glasgow .. with the server so busy I couldn't try again. `only later on I managed to get it and have my right address and no Glasgow .. I don't understand why this happened

Oh WiFi. I’ve never had a cellular iPad. If I ever needed it I would just hotspot from my phone 🤷🏻♀️
My status has changed to preparing for dispatch. That’s the earliest it’s ever done that!
Honestly, I'd ask for Bank Transfer, although you should be OK with plastic notes - definitely don't take the older paper notes.
Also, if its cash, do it during the day and pay the cash straight in to your account before you hand over the phone.
Oh we had a ton of pages of 'I prepared my Pre-order'
Then a ton of pages on 'My Pre-Order prep says expired or doesn't work'
Then a ton of 'OMG only a few hours til pre-order!'
Followed by a few pages of 'OMG only a few hours before pre-order'
Finally it went a bit quiet then we had a ton of pages saying 'Done', with everyone showing off their orders and comparing delivery times.
Now its a few pages of colour regrets, what cases we will get, and general feeling of emptiness while we wait a week.
Apple just charged my card for the full amount, I think it took them longer to do that last year.
Well, I got my order in for a 13 Pro Max in Graphite and a Midnight silicone case. Also picked up the Belkin MagSafe car mount.

I can highly recommend rebuy.co.uk £643 for a iPhone 12 Pro max 256 GB, the collect via DPD using a protective cardboard case, I had to provide proof of purchase and ID. Used them last year too and payment has gone through no issue at all.
