I am upgrading from 13 pro max. Reason - 1 I upgrade every year. Reason - 2 dynamic island makes it worth it
Camera upgrades and I am normally on a 2 year cycle if it’s a minor upgrade the following year
I had this issue when trying to order on launch day after giving up on the pre-order the pre-order not working… I started it all again.
Ran into the issue you are talking about, I kept trying on my Mac in Safari and it went through eventually…. Must have taken about 6 or 7 attempts and a couple of those were after I had authorised the payment in my CC app.
Only one order went through in the end, thankfully…. I would just keep trying until it works.

Defo sounds like a glitch of some sort. Can’t apple take a payment over the phone or something?

As others have said, try different browsers, private mode, clear cache and cookies.
Are all your cards from the same provider? I.e. does it point to an issue with the banks service?
Can you change to PayPal or something?
Haaa, usually with DHL I get morning deliveries but if it's coming with DPD it can be anything from midday to 4pm! 😬
Had a quick look back. I think it was @Sheza who had the same problem as you with the verification step not loading.
Have used them for many a year now. I tend to find them quite grippy and attractive to lint and fluff in the pocket when they’re new. That seems to go away as you break them in, I think the natural oils on the skin tend to make them a bit smoother.
Never noticed them to be dirty/grubby. Occasionally give them a wipe with those screen cleaning cloths when I give the screen a wipe. But it’s usually a quick rub on the sleeve
I do tend to buy darker cases than light so might not see wear and tear as much.
Never had them peeling but if I’ve dropped of caught the phone of something, I do get the odd scar on the case.

Evening! I'm upgrading from a 12 Pro, mainly because of Pro Motion, the camera upgrades and the always on display. Plus I usually upgrade every two years...
Yes I am - because I fancy it and think I found it hard to justify last year now that prices are so high. Didn’t pay much attention last year so wasn’t tempted. Camera improvements are what tends to sway me as that is my most used function (along with safari). Going away on holiday in March for first proper holiday since 2020 and want the camera.
I think and hope it will feel more like a step change. if the photo and video quality is not noticeably better then I would consider returning and keeping the 12 but I think that is unlikely with dynamic island, Lock Screen display etc.
Ahh I so wish we could do that like the good old days but we only get tracking once they've made it to the UK these days... 😕
The esr armorite had the black edge but honestly you don’t even see it as it sits inline with the phones black bezel.
Found the esr to be the most ‘natural’ feeling when used.
Bank Holiday for the Queens funeral on Monday the 19th, not sure what that means for deliveries/pick-up for those not able to get their phones on Friday. Shall wait and see and keep fingers crossed nothing is affected for certain people.
Remember, the waiting and tracking is the best part of a new iPhone launch
I had the same problem and I selected the same card that was saved with the order. It appeared as 4 digits that I do not recognise but it was the card number that is generated from Apple Pay for the card that I had selected. The original decline was due to security checks from my bank. They are not used to me spending £1.5K in one go.
Is this not an option for you?
Is this a business purchase? That usually restricts payment options
Could you not continue with the visa ending in 1154? That is what I selected and it worked for me.
Also conscious that most here will be hardened Apple fans rather than the casual passer so less likely to need (admit to ordering) anything other than a full testosterone model! With or without a 1 hour slut available!
I had to order some too!! They look good and I really like the touch / slide volume control function!
