When tracking I get the following

We are unable to find a match for the shipment number you have entered.

Does this mean it’s not entered the network yet.

This is DHL

It means they haven't scanned it into their system yet - it'll be updated later on. DHL are always slow in that sense.

DHL tracking kicks in later on in the day.. similar to the iPhones last week

Should not of started to watch youtube video's or reading reviews, ordered my 2nd ever Apple watch, the last Apple watch I had was the original version and used other smart watches since, series 8 45mm coming from very.co.uk and should be with me tomorrow hopefully

I could never get the original AirPods to stay in my ear.. the pro's were the first ones which did.

wondering if the new smaller sized tips would help more so too

Me too. With the first gens I tried all the tips and none worked - they'd loosen in my ears and start to slowly fall out. I wasn't ever sure if it was because I needed smaller or bigger tips so here's hoping the XS ones work nicely!

Otherwise I've got loads of Comply tips which work great and have used with my first gens for years and fit the second gens.

No luck with MM Kiosk. Sat for 10 minutes on "reading IMEI" only to say it couldn't read it, then try again, reads it immediately. Got rejected for poor quality device. Tried again but same result. I tried calling and no answer so gave up.

Rebuy collected yesterday, just had confirmation of payment for full amount. First time MM have let me down but good that there are reliable alternatives now!

I'm getting pissed off with myself tbh. Just TWO days ago i stated i wouldnt touch the Hermes watches until at least battery life improved.

So this morning I ordered one anyway.

Must be an Apple rehab centre out there somehwere

I only recently told my friends that I was going to get the fenix 7 solar as the battery life was much better, but I am an absolute sucker for integration and this review below clinched it for me.

Plus using apple pay on the london underground is going to be a massive bonus for me.

finally found the link to MM and what they need for a 'good' watch!

Thanks mate, so hard to find on site when it should be front and centre really!

Need to find the strap now, although still doesn’t say all bits (normally 3 in box) so hopefully can find at least a strap. If not maybe look on CEX for el cheapo one.

Got it locked in so have a bit of time to try.
Thanks again.

I shouldn't have started watching the AirPods Pro 2 reviews... they sound like a hell of an upgrade.

My Pro 1st Gens still work fine but... Dang...
haha

join the club!

I've got 3 years use out of my gen 1 and managed to get £92 for them... not bad recovering 37% of its original value after that long

CEX does have corporate stores. My local CEX which is Norwich is corporate owned. The next nearest 2, Gt Yarmouth and Lowestoft are both franchise.

How do you determine which is which, be interesting to know for future.

Is one better than other? Not sure if they mark somewhere on system that you’ve tried though and another branch could see this?

Just had my Rebuy trade-in arrival confirmed at the quoted price (£733 for 13PM 256Gb)

Can’t remember who mentioned them in this thread first, but thank you - easily the best quote I’ve seen and much more than I was expecting to get back 🙌🏻😅
Had mine come through for my 13 Pro just now for the quoted price of £697.
Well happy with the service, will def look at using them next year for my 14 Pro.

I imagine mine would be graded C as the case is pretty scuffed up so it'd be £74 for mine from CEX, but still, not too bad!

I'm gonna go for them I reckon. Similar story, I've had a fair bit of use from them!

The franchises I've been to tend to have a piece of paper attached to the wall with the franchise details near the tills.
I haven't seen that in Norwich

They can mark on you as a trader on your account if your trying to trade in multiple of the same item and will sometimes apply a bulk discount to the price they offer.
In terms of trying to trade into different stores. As far as I'm aware there's no system to show that you've tried trading an item to a different branch but having never worked for the company I can't be sure.
If someone here has worked for CEX before maybe they could chime in?

I wouldn't say either is better. I've have both be picky about items I'm trading in but equally had both take poorer condition items no question. I think it very much depends on the staff.
