StunningCouldn’t wait! Wow the unboxing is something else!! Rubbish indoor lighting as the heavens have opened and it’s got proper dark here.
Quality outer carton! It’s not a light/bright like the photos make out. Feels like a leather embossed texture on the box.
The leather strap is in it’s on soft/suede like wallet too!
The sports band is a really dark shade of black, will have to compare it to the one I had on my s5.
The pin on the strap matches the space black and Hermes printed on it!
The Hermes strap is such a soft leather, it’s stunning. The pics don’t do it justice in the room lighting, it’s not a bright in your face blue but really rich and deep! Hermes logo perforated throughout the band and Hermes branding on the hardware
Ah and I’m so much happier over the graphite stainless steel, great to have the space black back!

I got the version 1 and the sound wasn’t much better than the standard AirPods and I couldn’t get them to fit my ears properly. I was doing really well, staying strong until JinJin (pretty sure it was you?!) posted the review from iJustine .. now, I usually ignore her but, this time she says that she couldn’t cope with the version 1 Pros as her ears were too small! .. ’have her ears grown’ I hear you ask .. nope, Apple now have better tips and so they fit better! Grrrrrrrr …
Ordered them .. still thinking that I’d most likely send them back .. they arrived today and they are AMAZING!!! .. the sound is so much better than the AirPods I have (most recent) and they fit in my ears better too! ..

Pretty sure I too am going to order them now am stuck with a £120 Apple Gift card that couldn't use on my 14PM. I've never had any type of Airpods and don't really commute these days but I feel they are a more useful and exciting purchase than some cases or other accessories. Currently use i-am+ Buttons earphones which are fine though I haven't got the best fitting tips on them at the moment.
I suppose I could use the airpods for online meetings when am in an open office rather than at home. Also I need to start moving my butt more so that would be justification for shelling out another £130 more...............

Only because I pushed for the PM which I now love but no way will ever need a massive 512GB (would rather have the £220 back) 😅

It’s only worked out this year as I had £600 or so of Apple vouchers from when I sold my old mac 18 months ago!
Don’t think I could have swallowed the outlay in one.
