The long wait is over, as long as you get it today, it doesn't matter who will be delivering it.
Thanks for asking, Fever and sore throat/cough are gone, just fighting the sniffles lol, so ya much better, thankfully I am on my vacation, so I can rest well and enjoy my time off with my wife.
This won’t help Apple’s production bottleneck.

Still waiting. DHL have a notice up saying they broke their IT Systems at the weekend. Apple’s tracking says out for delivery. DHL says in the warehouse.
Any one looking for one or has one on order S/M Black/Grey Trail Loop is available for pick up today or tomorrow in most London stores. It may be available in other Apple stores around the country.
I am more excited when yours arrives than I was for mine lol, cross fingers!

Amazon have been at least. Still can’t track anything on DHL’s website. Poor from their IT department to cause so many issues with no apparent regression taking place.
(Disclaimer, I work in IT, testing an upgrade and regression was normally done at least twice before rolling out to production)

I DM’ed DHL on Twitter and she’s set my delivery to tomorrow. Let’s hope DHL know where my phone actually is 😱

I’m not optimistic. I suspect a lot of parcels went missing yesterday when tracking was down and nobody would be quite sure what was loaded onto a van.
Time Apple started using somebody more reliable!

Their tracking system was goosed since the weekend. I had nothing yesterday, which leads me to suspect my phone was not on the van. Still nothing today either.
An update on my order:
The tracking link goes to a Syncreon page which says "Order not yet within the carrier network. Please check again later." Fingers crossed it isn't DHL!
- order placed with Apple Store Online on 15th October (with a 1-8 November delivery estimate)
- changed to 'Preparing to ship' on Friday 28 October
- changed to 'Shipped' this morning (and Apple says it should be here tomorrow):

Syncreon and DHL can’t even get their story straight. Syncreon says out for delivery (for the 2nd day running). DHL says it’s at the delivery depot.

You can’t get through to talk to anybody and their social media is getting hammered too. There are a lot of VERY angry people.
