annoyingly the store opened straight away on the app, all went smooth until the last button press and it asked for my address details to be confirmed... pressed saved and kept getting an error.

moved to apple.com. the store down image was up, but you could click on the bag/my account logo in the top right and go to 'account'.

the pre order was in there and completed quickly through there..

I think they have a secret queuing system that lets people in bit by bit. I remember last year getting on at 13:00 when others couldn't.
