I think it’s recycled materials. Doesn’t feel like leather to me.
I’ve got one tiny corner gone - but as I say I’ve dropped my phone a good few times and it gets thrown in my handbag with keys etc.
I just hope the quality hasn’t degraded since I bought the 13PM one!

Reminded me to cancel my Argos order, will do that now, my brown leather case looks awesome with the black titanium, good combo if slightly biased!!

Now my phone is imminently about to arrive I’m starting to look at trading on my phone and watch against a new watch. Has anyone managed to trade in two items against one at Apple? I believe you can do one for a voucher, and then trade in the other item and use the voucher against the new item, but will they let me trade in for a voucher immediately in store instead of sending it off by post and waiting?
 
O2 are a F***ing joke! 🤬🤬🤬

So Thursday evening I got told (o2 app) that my 16pm sliver 256GB was in transit (Packaged) & ready to be shipped out via DHL for Delivery to o2 store (Friday) cancel order button gone!

It still says that today (o2 app) so rung o2 kept getting thought to India South Africa Philippines & U.K once (couldn’t hear the person very well) (wanted U.K call centre)

To be told there is issues at wear house & they trying to fixed it ASAP but have no clue when my phone will be processed & delivered! Maybe next week!

Then the call cut off to be told again (when I rung later) after soo my tries! SA lady told me it will be 4 weeks+ from todays date I will get my 16pm! Nothing she can do! So when I calmly got frustrated she cut the call!

I am soo not happy!

Anything I can do to speak to U.K person or get the wear house to speed it up & get my phone sent out instead of it sitting their doing nothing

How are the buttons on the case...I might pull the plug and buy it.

They only have 1 uk call centre now since the merger with virgin media. Their customer service is the worst out of all mobile operators now. I had issues last year with o2 refresh so much so I paid to leave o2. There is no way to get a uk call centre. I would only suggest going to a store and a non franchised store at that.

Really is that true! That’s soo bad,

I hate talking to overseas Call centres! Really stresses me out & I struggle soo much with it (I am Autistic) Never had to call o2 till now!

Think the U.K call centre is in Newcastle!

My local o2 store (town centre in my town in Suffolk) is very friendly when I last went into it with a friend!

How can I speed up getting the phone out of the wear house! I feel like it gonna sit there for 2-3 weeks or until they can be bothered to label it up & send it out!

Why did they rid of all their U.K call centre?

They were taken over by Virgin. Virgin were known to have little uk call centre presence. You can’t even email o2 to escalate problems anymore. EE and Vodafone actually have a decent uk presence still

Buttons on this one (13PM) have been fine. Of course with the camera control on the new phone it could be a disaster, but if so it’s coming from Amazon so I’ll send it back if it’s not fit for purpose.
I picked up a different case from my local John Lewis yesterday to tide me over.
Now waiting impatiently for my “out for delivery” notification and my magic password!

You could try X/twitter - see if you get a response there?
 
O2 sucks I signed up and paid extra for switch up but they randomly disabled it on my contract but when I went to store it still showed but couldn’t proceed. 2 years later and nothing solved and just been told a couple months ago they updated systems and none of my records or notes from those call show. Despite managers telling me o should have switch up. Again I’m also paying extra for this lol they are useless
 
Just checking before I sell it to one of the online companies. Someone said they were interested in my iphone 15 Pro Max (it’s 256 GB, Blue Titanium, battery level of 96% - no scratches on front or back that I can see) .. I have the box and cable (I think? Did it even come with a cable?!) and I’ll pop in the blue fine woven case that I got from Apple with it.
Message me if you’re interested .. it’s fine if not I just wanted to check!

Actually surprisingly impressed with this case on first impressions.
Might end up cancelling the Native union one for now…
Now just the annoyance of setting everything up… including MS company portal and Authenticator 😬

Are these going to be brand new, right?! Because it’s weird how they randomly get 1-10 in stock now and again.
