Ouch, awful company
I had bad experience, I sent my 15PM which was immaculate! For £760 they got it and offered me £620 as it didn’t meet their grade, this phone was absolutely immaculate
I declined the offer and they came back with £680 I declined again and came back with £700

Cheeky ***** then asked me to leave a good review for an extra £5 🤣

Unfortunately I seen there reviews since and there not great. Not sure if I should get them to send it back and I’ll try gizmo 2 go as there reviews seemed good

however even though it’s down as faulty would poor battery health and a new back (housing) take quite a bit off it with any company 🤷‍♂️

Most of the reviews are paid ones, if you’ve put faulty and it’s come up with that price then you shouldn’t be knocked too much, I would keep declining the price until they pay near full or send it back

Really frustrating. I had Apple business call me on Tuesday after the announcement and said that they could take my details and place the order for me at 1pm on Friday for delivery on the 20th, skipping the need to pre-order myself.

Order confirmation has come through now with my shipment date as 24th September. Prior to the order, they were responding to all my emails but since then, absolute silence.

Whenever ive upgraded, I’ve never had issues getting the phone on the first day. I now fly out on the 21st without my phone because I let Apple business place the order for me (and promising me that there wouldn’t be any delays on their end).

Has anyone else ordered with Apple business with the same issue? Ordered the pro max 16 in natural titanium btw.

I want to change from desert titanium to natural titanium so I am gonna try to reserve tomorrow at 6am or try to buy it for pick-up.

It seems there has been a fair bit of success in the previous years if you start looking from 5am on the app and website.

Looks like lots haven’t received their dispatch notification and they said on Twitter they dispatch up until 9pm for delivery tomorrow

That’s a shame but not surprised. I did leave it last minute. Let’s hope it gets delivered on Saturday sometime. Fingers crossed.

You should always go through
Apple and cut out the middle man. Only a schoolboy would make a silly error like ordering directly from the carrier. You only got yourself to blame matey.

I ordered my 14PM from EE three days after preorders opened in 2022 and got it launch day, I seem to remember some people who ordered in the first half an hour directly from Apple who didnt.
Although to be fair, I think EE screwed things up (as they often do) and people who ordered day one didn’t get theirs until a week or so later

That’s how I bought my 15PM last year, on release day, at 6am. There was plenty of stock for pickup in the London area so I could choose the store I wanted.

Aye, the discount tempted me in it’s a good price. It looks a lot better in person than in the photos on amazon imo, the carbon fibre isn’t as bright and matches the case colour better

Im going to be sending the iphones off tomorrow RMSD, and will reach them on Thursday which is the 19th.

I created the 02.09.2024 so in theory gives me till the 23rd which is Monday.

When you contacted them and the extended by another 7 days, was it by Chat or Email, and had you already sent them already then contacted them?
