I've ordered and have an email confirmation, however the order doesn't show in my account and using the single order look-up it just gives me an error. Anyone else with this?

Hopefully the store just hasn't updated my account or something yet! 😱

Cheesed off. Deliberately timed my journey to work, so I'd been in for 8am. Been refreshing the app for ages, and F5ing the site on my laptop. Then realised that you could order from the iPhone X page directly.

Have ordered what I wanted, but wont arrive for 2-3 weeks.

iPhone froze on checkout. I had to “switch to backup” and use my iPad.

Delivery 3rd Nov. Well chuffed.

Had a nightmare week with my wife having to go into hospital unexpectedly for a few days. At least I have had some luck.

Was ready to go with apple store website on mac and the app on both phone and iPad. Got one straight away, delivery next week, Silver 256GB 🙂

I got my silver 256gb for delivery in 2 to 3 weeks. At least it’s still in November. Last time my iPhone 7 Plus said 4 weeks but came in about 2 so maybe I’ll be lucky.

The app is still down. Haha, it was expected. Everyone trying to use the app to pre order, the website opened much quicker!

App didn't come up for me until about 8:05. Both Silver versions were 2-3 week shipping at that point, but I managed to reserve a 64gb Space Grey to pick up at my local Apple store on the 3rd. Looks like all the rumours about short supply were absolutely true!!

Insane! I had my iPad Pro, iPhone and Mac at the ready. My intention was to use the iPad to do the order, but at the last minute, I decided to refresh both the iPad and iPhone apps at the same time.

The iPhone app came up first, and I got my 256/White order in for Nov 3rd delivery. I'm in the UK - the store didn't come online for me until about 0804.

The iPad Pro app never came online!

I refreshed the iPhone a minute after ordering out of curiosity and orders slipped to 2-3 weeks!

Used App,keps closing and restoring the app..website on my MacBook was still down minutes after I placed the order via App.
