Managed to get mine ordered 8:06 for the 3rd, took forever for the store to come up for me, was done within 40 seconds after that. Then refreshed the store page on another pc and it had already slipped to 2-3 weeks.

Got an email saying deliverers November 3rd but when i look on "My Orders" see no mention of a delivery time mentioned atall.. anyone else ?

I think the store is in a very basic mode at the mo, can't change order etc yet, I've got the same thing, wouldn't panic.

Similar here. Ordered 08.04 (app loaded first, website wouldn’t load until 08.09 for me), then 08.22 I get an email saying transaction failed... had Nov 3rd delivery too. Have sent Barclaycard a secure message...

I should note that the agent I spoke to at Barclay card said there was a massive flurry of people ringing about the same issue, so perhaps it was an Apple Pay glitch.

Guys mine messed up

Went through with Friday 3rd delivery - got email confirmation but then 5 minutes later got a notification saying Apple Pay transaction declined

The online order has no date for delivery and says order placed.

Has this happend to anyone before?

Similar story here, got into the app at 8:04 and had the order done by 8:05

8:32 text from natwest saying it had been declined, reply "Y" if you recognise the transaction. So i reply yes then it said "thanks your card is now unlocked please tell the retailer to try again".

My order is still visible on my apple order history, i'm hoping they'll retry my card at some point. I think the chat feature is available in 3 hours so i'll try and chat apple then.

I was refreshing the app like a madman on platform 16 at waterloo station from 7:55-8:04am! My 6s battery lost like 25%!

Just come here to post that be careful of carphone warehouse orders. They were showing for 3rd November for a very long time. Longer than Apple, which I find hard to believe even after 30 mins. I expect delay emails.

I managed to get one from Apple for the 3rd November.

Have you thought it might just purely be the stock situation. I think they have a lot.

i screwed myself over by the looks of it. made my iUP reservation for the 5th november. reservation came through as 2nd december.. i cancelled that to try a different colour but now it's telling me i already have one reserved even though my reservation page is saying i have none

Took until about 08:10 to get in to the Store on anything. They still had phones available for pickup in Edinburgh Store next Friday, but we're away so just ordered a silver 256GB for delivery in 2-3 weeks.

Got my order in at 08:04 email received at 08:05 with delivery for the 3rd November, great, have a celebratory jig around the room. my Joy is broken moments later with the apple pay message DECLINED, called the bank, first they say fraud then they say Apple's fault. no option on the order to try the payment again as it seems to be cancelled....delivery now 4-5 weeks 🙁

I ordered a backup 64gb silver via Carphone warehouse before the Apple store went live - and only just seen the expected delivery email confirmation of 3rd Nov. If anyone missed out and lives in the Islington area, I would be happy to sell, otherwise I’ll be cancelling. Send a message if interested (won’t be able to reply until this evening)

Yep Apple Pay with the app. The card (AMEX) has already been charged.

so now I have three phones ordered (all silver 64GB)

1) CPW sim free apparantly ready next saturday for pickup - £999 - £1479 total over 2 years
2) Apple order shipping 13-20 Nov - £1479 total over 2 years
3) Vodafone contract £150 up front, £57.80 per month for 26GB data. £1537 total over 2 years

I'd probably have a £20 sim only anyway. I would need to close down my current sim only and transfer the number across if I go the vodafone route. I'll keep for 6 months anyway so can unlock it for free.

Might keep all options open until one of them confirms availability. If CPW deliver I may cancel the other two, otherwise will probably go with VF

Any idea why my order is not tied to my Apple ID? I paid with Apple Pay and got the email confirmation but when I try to go in to the order, it says the Apple ID doesn't have access to this order.

The iUP pages came back online at 08:00:20 - so my reservation email stamp is actually 08:00:52 - which I think is the earliest I've ever managed to get.

Mine said November 3 when I placed the order, I’ve since had an email and looked at the order on the app and it states 2-3 weeks which is annoying but better than I expected before hand.

App didn’t load for me until 08:07.

Got my order in for November 3rd and felt very pleased with myself, then of course Nationwide texted me to say they'd blocked it. While I approved it by SMS within a minute, I finally got through to Apple just now to find out that their system kicked my order out of the queue because of it, so it's now as if I just ordered it an hour late. Got it. My heart was racing. Just checked my Wallet app and it says that the payment was approved, so it seems like this is definitely happening!
