Syncreon's crappy website doesn't fill me with confidence that it will be a smooth delivery. I just hope their couriers cope better than their servers do.

I have a tracking number, a PO number, a delivery reference number and an additional order number

Mine was shipped on the 15th, the email says "On or before 21/9 delivery"

On Syncreon's website you put in your tracking number which is the "Delivery Reference Number"

and maybe the "additional Order Number"

they have depo literally around the corner from where i live so they have either used home network or they've used a small van of their own

I think they work very close with Apple distribution wise. Maybe an associate reseller?

I've mainly had smaller stuff i've bought from apple (phone cases, car chargers) over the years being handled by these.

Syncreon are more like a freight haulage company. It never gets delivered by a Syncreon van, put it that way. My syncreon packages have arrived by both UPS and UKMail before, and before in perfect condition before 10am.


There website sucks, but they play there part well.

They are just a logistics company not a delivery company, they will hold them in their warehouse. The phones will probably be delivered by UKMail.
