Oh that's bad luck. Mine hasn't changed from dept scan from castle at 5am either.
Guys, I never got departure scan from Germany, but mine was on the same plane to Stanstead last night, got Stanstead departure this morning and now out for delivery (London)
I am at work, so will have to wait for their card and pick it up from their centre or re-direct to work place for tomorrow

Just checked again and no update on scan. I am in Dorset. Got a feeling mine will be tomorrow.
UPDATE: Got an arrival scan for Eastleigh (Southampton) 7.50. Today could come into play actually.

Okay, so last Thursday I go through my upgrade with orange over the phone, I ask are there any 5s golds in stock? To which the least enthusiastic member of the service team replied 'yeah',
She then continued to say that ukmail would text me the next day (last Friday) and tell me when my phone is being delivered..... Nothing..
I ring them up and all I get is an automated voice saying that I will be texted the day before delivery......
Has anyone else experienced problems with upgrading over the phone with orange/EE?

OMG! Just got a call from reception to say I needed to go along and sign for a package. Its my phone! I am so happy. I do not have my SIM with me or anything so just bonding with the phone still in its cellophane wrapping at the moment

I would have, however its ended up in watford so I have to wait for it to come all the way back
