Is the tracking live do you know. My information matches this but doesn't work on the Synview website yet?
The courrier they use is UKMail, put your tracking info in (in the 2nd box) and your postcode on manage deliveries section on their website.

Just got back from a day zip lining! 😱 (it's currently 5.36pm here in Jamaica/11.36pm in the UK) and received the following text for my 6 Plus & SWMBO's 6:

The reason why tracking isn't working yet is probably because the phones haven't been picked up yet, just delivery for them to be collected has been created.
