For those having a delivery from DHL how were you notified of your timeslot? The website still says 'Van is loaded' but this was at 7:49am this morning!

Pickup at Bluewater took all of 30 seconds, must be a record. Now got a couple of calls to make from Starbucks. Thankfully I didn't order online - my watch and AirPods aren't coming until 6pm!

After seeing that this morning I put in an order for store pickup with Curry's as it showed availability in 2 days. I've just received an email from them saying that's a lie and they won't be able to fulfil that.

I go on holiday next week...

Turns out my DPD parcel was actually the AirPods Pro 3... The phone is DHL, on stop 10 of 85!

You'll likely get the DPD package tomorrow. I've had that message a couple times over the years and it's always arrived the following day.

Aggghh. I was so tempted to get mine ordered to my house for the 19th as DPD tend to deliver around the time I get home from work, but if I missed them, knew it wouldn't be allowed to go to my neighbour, and I'd have to rearrange for next week, so I've booked mine for store collection in Norwich tomorrow morning...

Question though-will the new phones be on display in the Apple stores do you think? I want to pick up a case to go with it, but want to try them or see them on phones first: I'm not opening mine until I get home you see...

What do I do between now and getting my deliveries (I have four due today, all from different couriers)?

Do I work hard and productively to earn the money to pay for all this stuff?

Or endlessly refresh this thread to read about the deliveries of people I don’t know and will never meet?

My Argos order hasn’t exactly gone smoothly today. I placed it last weekend for delivery today, got confirmation that Yodel would handle it, and was told I’d receive a 2-hour delivery slot. This morning, the tracking showed it was “delayed” and said to contact the sender. Both Yodel and Argos seem unsure what’s happening, each blaming the other. For now, I’m left playing the waiting game, as Argos still expect it to arrive at some point today.

I honestly REALLY don’t understand how this company is still in business!

If it’s delayed, I would ask them if you could travel to pick it up (if you live near) because you ain’t getting that now till Monday! Can’t remember if they deliver on Saturday!

They are the worst up our end for delays and oh sorry the delivery cage didn’t make the next run up to Scotland blah blah!
