I’ve been on the iUP for 10+ years now. One huge drawback is the lack of being able to do it online, as my nearest Apple store was a 3 hour drive away. With the change to Creation, I was hoping I could just start fresh online so I didn’t have to rush to the Apple Store on launch weekend. How would giving back my current iPhone work? Can they just close off the account without starting a new one? It’s an Air, so I think it’s in negative equity otherwise I’d just sell it online.
