I am a big Formula 1 fan, but was stuck at a family christening on Sunday when the British GP was on. I got to see bits and pieces of it but there was no sound. The full program is available on BBC iPlayer, so I thought there might be a way to watch it in full on my iPhone 4 on the way to/from work. However, I get the local train which is very similar to the London underground, and I get very little signal, certainly not enough to stream.

So my question is, is there a way to pre-download the video from iplayer to watch when I get on the train?
