UK iTunes Match Price

How much is iTunes Match in the UK?

When i first took it out when it arrived it cost £21. Then in 2013 it cost me £21.

I chose not to renew in December (just gone) as i moved house and needed all the cash monies i could get.

Now i want to renew, iTunes tell me to renew for £28?!

I've not heard of any price rises?

Is it a glitch?

The site itself says the correct price but when it links to iTunes, it shows a higher price?

Could it be part of Apple's general price hikes outside the US (supposedly due to the strong Dollar)? See:
