UK Pre-ordering iPhone then with EE

Probably many of us pre-ordered with EE, I'm just wondering how it went for u?
Mine is stuck with awaiting confirmation. I've got the e-mail at 7:57 with a successful
order but when I go to track it, it doesn't even show order confirmed just awaiting confirmation.

Does anyone has the same issue?

Yeah I ordered with EE and mine has a delivery date for 3rd November.

I got an email at 07.59am after ordering online then I had to ring up to confirm some details and got another e-mail at 08.07am to confirm the order and got a text at 08.06am with the link to the tracking number.

it seems those who didn't get a text are having issues.

for the record my upfront cost hasn't been taken either.

I ordered at 8am, got an email straight after stating order confirmed.

When I track the order, it states 'Your pre-order is confirmed, expected delivery 3rd November'.
