My iPad Mini 2 is probably one of the best tech investments I've ever made, I love it more than any other tech I've ever bought. Recently its starting to show its age with some of the newer games I've been playing so I thought I'd look at purchasing a new one. Got myself onto the Apple Store and was a bit shocked at the price, especially compared to US pricing. Comes up as only one option for storage, 128GB which I'll never use, 32GB is fine for me, but it costs £419. When I look at the US pricing, it comes up at $399 so surely at the current exchange rate it should cost around £100 less. I much prefer the size of the Mini and I don't use it as a serious gaming machine, just like the odd blast of a game here and there, but at that price, it only costs a few quid more for the standard iPad with what looks to me like a much better processor too. What's that price about then? I have a mate going to US soon, so might ask him to buy one for me while he's there.
