UK repairs on US iPad?

I noticed that my US purchased iPad has started to freeze on streamed video and thinking of taking it back to a UK Apple store for repair/replacement. Has anyone tried to get service for a US one in UK yet? How did it go?

I have asked this question in my apple store and now they stock them there is no issue with repairs.

Just to confirm that the Cambridge store had no issues dealing with my US iPad and indeed swapped it out for another. Hopefully no more freezes!

It is nice to have confirmed what we thought.

I got my iPad US swapped for a UK one at Regent street.
