As I'm an owner of first gen MacBook 1.83g, I didn't feel any excited for this update.
For the base model, everything look like the same. It's just a swap of cpu.
Even the L2 Cache is still 2mb.
And Apple do make the differences between 1.83 and 2.0 model larger.

Is it me or is the Black Macbook now £30 cheaper? Why not a bigger saving?
Why a savings at all? The Blackbook was selling well.
Yeah, but only because it was black. Its not worth the extra money over the white one just for the colour!
Great news on the Macbooks, i hope you all like your purchase, and i hope they come to you quicker than my 17" MBP
