I confirm this - woo hoo!
French and Italian ones too. Looks like its the whole of Europe.
here we go, another 3 hours of unproductivity...
busniess store down also
U.S. store up and running normally.
The Belgian store is down too, but the U.S. store is still up.
Australian store still up but a tad slow.
Here we go again - damn bloody mongrels, I have to work in the morning. Wish they'd do their updates at a more reasonable hour...
The US store usally goes down around 8AM EST
That must be the plan. From now on, Apple will be taking the store down every single day to keep us guessing!
U.S. is up and fine.
Nothing to see here.
So what does that really mean? Updating inventories?
We hear that EVERY time there is a product update.... the US store is always last to go offline.
I'm going to hold you to that in an hour iGary.
Chundles, you called it right last night. Mondays and Wednesday have quietly been usurping Tuesdays as the preferred update nights.
Given that they have so much stuff to get through on Tuesday the 12th, surely they would get the smaller updated (MBPs, Minis) out of the way first, hey?
Routine web sight maintainance or whatever.
European and other stores seem to go down first, and half an hour later, the US store goes down.
And everytime the stores went down in the past, someone said the US store was still up, so there won't be anything new.
If it goes down within half an hour, there is something coming, otherwise it's just maintenance..
I was thinking exactly the same thing. Reminds me of Johnny in Airplane the guys at Cupertino keep pulling out the plug and going "Mwahaharr".
Are We Up To The Same Thing As Yesterday
IS THIS A REMAKE EUROPE STYLE FROM YESTERDAY !!!!
But more stores are down ... are we in for a mini and MBP Updates ...
ONLY TIME WILL TELL !!!!
So? There have been quite a few products introduced on Wednesdays.
german store down as well.
I doubt anything is happening, especially with a confirmed event next week. We can stop wasting our time folks.
For the record - Finland is still up, as is Australia.
They must not like Finland, after the the leaks that showed up on the Suomi site for previous updates.
They must be removing another EU-banned item.
Canadian store up and running. My guess is theat they're doing some "behind the scenes" type database changes that will make their updates next week easier ... probably a lot to change within an hour of the special event.
The Apple Order Status page isn't working and I can't check the status of my Macbook... I'm so nervous right now
