So now I have iPhone 4 and a T-Mobile Contract Sim Card how do I get the microsim??

unless T-mobile has them, you'll need to cut it.
You can use a tool that can be bought on ebay, or scissors.
Check google and search here, there is a guide

I called T Mobile and they said they have no microsim's so you need to cut it down
