First off, I have both Parallels and MacDrive installed on my machine. I installed WinXP SP2 via Boot Camp and then MacDrive in the boot camped Win XP. Running in Boot Camp, MacDrive works great -- I can see all my Mac hds. Tonight I installed the latest Parallels beta, the one which allows the Boot Camp install of Win XP to run as a virtual machine. To my surprise MacDrive doesn't seem to be working in this situation -- I don't see my Mac drives, period. Nor do I see my external NTFS formatted hd. Why why why? It would have been a perfect setup! :(

In that Parallels beta you are ment to beable to drag and drop from win>mac. im not too sure about the external drive as i woulda guessed you should of been able to see it in xp, although you mey need to mount it and edit some settings in Parallels. Ive only just installed Parallels and its so good you can use the bootcamp install!
