Keep in mind that the percentage is only an estimate and would likely change if you reboot the watch. From what I understand it is difficult to get an exact percentage from electrical pressure in batteries.

I have a first generation ultra and its charge level when on the optimized level varies a little bit in the 75-80% range. It’s normal.
