Ultra 3 Charging with 9V/20W

Hi,

Did anyone actually get the watch to charge with 9 V like promised by Apple?
I used a 20 W original charger, which supports the 9V/2.22A, but the Watch will still not charge in "high speed mode".
Wonder if someone is able to do so?
