I apologize, I am sure the following question has been asked and answered a million times.

What is the rumored processor in the Apple Ultra-portable?
Is it one of these?
The first one is a ultra low voltage Merom.
The rest are Penryns.

What is the rumored processor for the ultraportable?
Any of the following?

The supposed "Ultraportable" is said to be 13.3", so I see no problem why something along the Penryn line won't be included. Especially considering current Macbooks of the same size use Merom, and Penryn has a lower power consumption (granted, there may be a smaller battery in this new notebook).

I know that Intel released a 2.1 Penryn with the core 2 duo updates (which is the lowest end of the Penryn model processor models). I would guess that it would most likely use that processor.

Since you asked about an ultraportable (which would not be 13.3") it will probably have a low-wattage processor, something like the first one you quoted or if it's a small multi-touch tablet released possibly even a Core Solo or Core Duo.
