Ultra Worldtime watch face incorrect?

I notice the Worldtime face appears to have miss-numbered the dial - mine goes 14-15-17-18-blank-19; resulting in incorrect times.

Anyone else seen this?

And you have two "13"s. Double-bad luck!

It's more bizarre: If I scroll to another face, and come back, different numbers are missing, duplicated, or out of sequence.

This has to be a bug. It's doing it on my Series 4 too. Here I am missing 12 but have two 17s.

NY and Caracas are in the same time zone.

That's it! I didn't catch the one to one correspondence between the city names and the time. Thank you for pointing that out.
