I would like to know is there difference between the 13" uMBP vs 15" uMBP in terms of hardware. Does the 15" uses better sound card, better wLan, better cd/dvd rom...etc..
I am just wondering besides screen, cpu and speaker....does the 15" has better hardware internally over the 13"

For the same configuration the hardware is identical. There only are differences between models with different specs... For example the 15.4 is available with faster processors and the 9600GT M which you can't get with the 13.3.

Otherwise everything is pretty much the same.

Nope. And unless you get the 15" with the 9600 it will only have one fan also. If you get a 15" with the 9600, than there is a second fan.

15" offers two separate audio ports and a bigger and higher resolution screen. Obviously, the CPU in the 15" entry level is same as high end 13", but on the other 15", its faster. There is no WWAN in MacBook Pros as of yet. The Superdrive is standard on all Macs now.

Anything else?

You're basically getting nearly the same equipment when dealing with the 13" vs 15" with the exception of the screen size and if you choose the higher end 15" MBP, you'll get the dual GPU. I've found little need for that in my experience but YMMV
