umm silly question for 4S jailbreak?

This is the first jailbreak iv done and very very easy to do i must admit, except i cannot figure out how to use my own wallpaper on downloaded themes, or how to revert back to the standard ios5 theme from a jailbreak theme?, sorry if these are simple questions..lol😱
