Appears that Best Buy has had a number of the Air Pod Max units returned. That's a great price if they have hardly been used and you have 15 days to return them.
I’d like to know who actually gets this delivered at that price. There has to be issues with those, BB never discounts refurbished Apple products that much. Buyer beware.

I don't know about Best Buy, but Apple's online store has been overwhelmed by all the bots and Apple seems not care about it much. The in-store pickup stock for popular items is always gone in seconds. No human being is able to click that fast and Apple doesn't even impose any CAPTCHA checking.
I was checking their website when the headphones were initially launched. There was no stock whatsoever, so these might be just some silly placeholders.
Probably somewhat liquid damaged returns? I wonder.
That’s a huge price cut, something definitely wrong with them if they are going for that little considering how much they retail for.
Once again, these are just placeholders. BB didn’t have any stock when the headphones launched. I doubt there were any real returns.

I got mine from Best Buy on launch day so they absolutely did have them in stock. They delivered the same day Apple shipped them out.
It could also include some tasty ear juices from other people based on reports that APM could have a condensation problem
Everyone needs to relax. Its an error attached to the regular Airpods due to the Airpods name. Best Buy sells the regular airpods refurbished or returned at that price as it just occurred to me that I've actually bought them before at that price. No one is missing out on anything and you aren't ever going to get the AirPods Max at that price.
Best Buy US allows returns on Headphones. There are certain items for which they will charge a restocking fee though. You can read the US Best Buy return policy here:
