my toddler keeps accidentally deleting photos/videos from iphone when looking at them - how do I un-delete them (or disable delete button altogether)
 
If you are going to let a toddler play with an iPhone it might be a good idea to have everything backed up to your computer beforehand. :cool:

On this note, I havent tried but a restore from backup may replace the deleted pictures. As long as you dont re back up.

I personally do a iPhoto dump every now and then to archive.
 
+1 on dumping the photos into an app or other backup mechanism. I'd recommend either the iPhoto dump, using a "photo lock" program to copy them to a separate pile, or even considering the DropBox app (if you are aware of the security ramifications.) This way, even if the photos get erased, you can still retrieve them.
