Resolved Unable to activate 6 AirTags

I have 6 AirTags that have new batteries and I wanted to set them up again, as we are going on a cruise soon.(previously deactivated). But have not able to get them activate and have tried 3 different phones under 3 different Apple accounts. Is anyone noticing if they are having same problem this evening?

Where they used previously? Maybe under a different Apple ID? Then you would have to remove them their first, before adding them to any new account.
