A few things, is iTunes up to date? Have you tried taking the SIM card out? Try that. Put back in, restart phone and see if that helps. If that doesn't work, any chance you have another SIM card to see if that works? Maybe set up wifi after and use cellular to complete set up. Did you check Apple support page or google for more? Hope it works our for you, good luck.

how do i check if my itunes is up to date? i used the apple softwere update application and i did all the necessary updateds.
i tried to update the phone during dfu mode with and without sim card. and i tried also different sim card. both didnt gave me any solutions.

Are you using Windows or Mac for iTunes? iTunes on Mac is version 1.0.4.104. Check iTunes version number, Check under software updates. If you go to Apple support they have some different types of things to try. How long have you had the phone for?

Hi guys,
I also have the same issue. After an automatic update during the nicht my iPhone XS is unable to activate itself. Latest update iOS 13.4.1, no physical sim-card installed (e-sim instead). iTunes on Mac is version 1.0.4.104 and does not recognise my iPhone even I had to accept the "Do you trust this computer" question.
I restart the iPhone and the issue remains the same.

Funny fact, before I my iPhone restarted, I received a Push-Message, that says my storage is full.

Do you have further helpful tipps or tricks?
