Unable to Back Up Apps to Disc in iTunes 10.5

I am looking to format my Mac Book Pro and want to back up all my Apps to DVDs. I've done this in the past pretty easily but now I don't see an option to Back Up To Disc for Apps? Did Apple do away with this feature now with iCloud? Or what am I missing??

I can't even manually copy them to my external HD keep getting errors. Anyone have a solution to make up Apps??
