Unable to Back-Up/Re-Authorisation of Songs?

Hello,

Since I've gotten back from holiday I've been unable to sync my iPhone 5, it keeps asking for re-authorisation of Mac which it fails and it declares that it's unable to reach sync services and back-up to my MacBook.

This started when I was in the US and I presumed that was because I didn't have internet access and I was on AT&T (roaming) but I'm back in the UK on EE with internet and it won't sync

Any ideas?

Did you sync anything in the US?
Try resetting all network settings and see if that works.

Was only able to sync photos, nothing else

Tried that, didn't work unfortunately, any other suggestions?

Hmm I think probably a restore might sort this out.

That'd mean I'd lose a lot of contacts that I got in the US, I can't do that so I guess a trip to the Apple store is in order?
