Unable to Back-Up/Re-Authorisation of Songs?

Hello,

Since I've gotten back from holiday I've been unable to sync my iPhone 5, it keeps asking for re-authorisation of Mac which it fails and it declares that it's unable to reach sync services and back-up to my MacBook.

This started when I was in the US and I presumed that was because I didn't have internet access and I was on AT&T (roaming) but I'm back in the UK on EE with internet and it won't sync 😱

Any ideas?

Did you sync anything in the US?
Try resetting all network settings and see if that works.

Was only able to sync photos, nothing else 🙁

Tried that, didn't work unfortunately, any other suggestions? 🙂

Hmm I think probably a restore might sort this out.

That'd mean I'd lose a lot of contacts that I got in the US, I can't do that so I guess a trip to the Apple store is in order?
