My work colleague called and by looking at the number, it was my colleague for sure but his number is not yet added on my contact lists because I just purchased my new iPhone 17PM a few days ago.
I tried calling the Unknown Caller but all the icons and calling functions are greyed out and cannot even reply or do anything. Nothing. The phone icon is even greyed out. So I could not call him back.
What settings should I check?
Nextime he calls, I will add him to my contact list. But just got this phone and trying to get used to it.
And I also need to call back numbers from any Unknown Caller as well, but all the calling functions are greyed out...
