Hey Guys

Has anyone experienced this issue, where you cannot dial out a certain individual in your contact list.

I have owned 5 iphones before my 12 pro max and never had an issue with my contacts. However if I try to dial home I get music and it does not dial out, or if I try another number it says it’s not available.

Other contacts work, the only way I can resolve this issue is by resetting my network settings. But it is a temporary fix and keeps re - occurring, it is also very annoying. Is there any way to resolve this issue before i retire my phone next year.

It would be a real dent when I come to trade it in or sell it.

If you have two lines on one phone set those contacts to “primary” and not “secondary”.

What happens if you remove these contacts and then add them back?
I deleted the contact from my list and tried calling the number again and it worked. I however now believe the issue has been resolved, by adding the area code to the number.
