I have a problem. When I click the Software Update to check new software, it doesn't show anything about new software but I'm sure that I have about 7 to 8 update available. Can u help me to fix this error??

I enclose 2 images about this error:

When I click the Software Update, it showed:

After 2s (2 seconds), it showed:

Sorry for my bad English

This, along with many other Software Update problems, are usually caused by invalid cache files. The way to fix this is to clear Software Update's caches. These are found in your user folder, in Library, in Caches. There will be 2 folders (depending on your Mac OS X version, you may not have both) called Software Update and com.apple.SoftwareUpdate. Delete both of them (if present, while Software Update is NOT running), then try again.
