Unable to connect to exchange server

Hey everyone. Just updated my ipad 2 to an ipad air. I'm extremely happy with it except I can't connect it to my gmail through exchange. All the information and settings are exactly the same as my ipad 2, but it still is not working. I still have my ipad 2 also and it's working fine connecting to exchange. Any suggestions

I'm sure you got this email and disregarded it as I did because it looks completely insignificant and completely unofficial at first glance But it holds the key! It's not syncing because you've paired your Exchange account with too many phones/ipads. Follow the instructions, delete one of the pairings and you'll be all set! Shoot me a note if you need some help. update under options @ webmail.yourcompany.com
