Hey,

I installed Windows 7 64 bit and I am unable to connect to the internet. The network helper does not detect my wireless router even though I've verified with other devices that it is working.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Could you be any more vague with your problem description?

Do you have the drivers for your wireless card installed?

Is your wireless card turned on?

Does your wireless card find any WLANs?

Does your wireless router advertise the wireless network or does it use a hidden SSID so that you have to know the WLAN name and provide it in your network settings so that your computer can find it?

Have you tried connecting to the router with an old fashioned Ethernet cable and does that work?

Just a couple of first questions that come to mind without knowing ANYTHING about your hard- and software configuration...
