Unable to control 1 out of 3 Apple TV’s in my home

This Apple TV is on my network and signed into my apple id just like the other two, yet I have no connection. When password prompts pop up, I just get an endless spinner. Also no dictation being recognized.

Any ideas?

It’s on my 5ghz network and has no issue with streaming or searching so it seems like the network’s fine.

I’ve tried both a menu and hard restart.

Sorry about that. In the first part you quoted I meant my remote has no connection for password entry/dictation.

had this issue with HomeKit. Turns out I needed to update the Apple TVs and my iOS device.
