iOS Unable to create new Bundle Seed IDs?

When trying to create a new Bundle Seed ID, it only gives me the option of using the Team ID or using existing ones.
It's been a while since I used my account so has something changed or is there a limit.

As far as I know, there isn't even a way of deleting the old ones. 😕

If that's the case, that's OK. I'd just like to confirm that's Apple's stance now and not some error I've made.
