Unable to delete old passwords saved in iCloud keychain

I'm trying to clean up and remove old logins that are stored in iCloud keychain. When I go to Preferences > Passwords in Safari, nothing happens when I click remove to try and remove a password. I've even tried removing all and that doesn't work. Any ideas?

I've got the same going on any ideas anyone please?

I managed to delete a lot but there are about 20 that just won't go.
