ever since I updated to ios8, I haven't been able to delete videos from the video app. The shows are usually synced from iTunes and when I'm done watching them I like to delete them. But when I try, it freezes the app and I need to close the app and restart it. Also still can't see artwork for the shows. I have the Air with 8.1.2.

Try going to settings>General>Usage>Manage Storage and deleting them from there. If it is a purchase, go to Settings>Videos>Show all Videos, go into the videos app and press the cloud icon next to the video. Wait for the item to download. Go back into settings and set the 'show all videos' switch to the off position. Go back to the videos app and try deleting the item.

Didn't know that was a thing. Thanks!

Didn't work for the specific issue. Very frustrating.
